Public Relations Update – May 14th, 2016.

Event Planning and Fund Raising Committee Meeting.

The brief meeting was called to order by the President Dexter Wyles.  Who then handed over the agenda to Mr. Ovid Walton, the chairman of the Event Planning and Fundraising Committee The purpose of the meeting was to give an update on the status of the planning of the upcoming party on May 27^th, 2016.

Mr. Walton presented his timeline and the tasks was distributed among the members of the committee.    We invite everyone to join the celebrations and support the event.  Old students from England, Canada, USA, St. Lucia, Bartica, Berbice, Essequibo and Linden are all expected to party with us.
